Blood Group A Characteristics

Expressed predisposition to cardio – vascular diseases (coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, thrombosis, embolism, hypertension, atherosclerosis). Gastrointestinal tract sensitivity, insufficiency of acid content in gastric juices and enzymes involved in the cleavage and the assimilation of protein and fat in the intestine. The assimilation of vitamins and minerals is also difficult. Carbohydrates are digested and assimilated well. Hormonal balance is unstable, elevated levels of cortisol. In the blood, there is an excess of cholesterol that causes atherosclerosis. Expressed tendency to diseases of the liver and gallbladder, diabetes, hypothyroidism, blood disorders, skin, kidney, oncology: cancer of the esophagus, stomach, pancreas, colon, ovary, uterus, and salivary glands. More often than others, there are cases of appendicitis.
Recommendations for people with blood group A: — avoid stress, — set the constant mode of the day, — plan the activities (daily, weekly, etc.), — find time for art and displays of emotion, — while working, make at least two breaks of 20 minutes, meditate, — at least 3 times a week: meditating, Falun Gong, yoga, stretching exercises and relaxation for 20-90 minutes, — give yourself 2-3 times a week for 20-60 min of aerobic exercise, — go to bed no later than 11:00 PM, sleep at least 8 hours, when you wake up, wake up at once.
Advice on nutrition: — eat little but often (up to 6 times a day), do not starve, — breakfast should be the main meal, contain plenty of protein, — the main source of protein should be a fish, soy, rarely – meat, — avoid combination of protein and starchy foods (cereals, potatoes, pasta), — avoid caffeine (!), alcohol and carbonated beverages, — milk, dairy products, can be eaten occasionally.
