Order acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. QMH reserves the right, at sole discretion, to cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
Shipment
All shipments are directly from our manufacturers/distributors in China (or any other country) to you the customer.
All shipments are worldwide and included in the product price.
Delivery time is normally between 5–18 days.
Depending on your customs rules, it may take longer. We cannot influence this 100%.
Information
We provide the best and complete information, and we also give demonstrations, so the customer knows before doing a purchase.
Some demonstrations take up to 4 hours. That’s our investment in the future, so the customer/client knows as an adult to make the choice to buy and keep.
Returns
Returns are only accepted for defect products within the warranty time of 1 year.
Returns and shipping costs are at your (the customer) own costs.
Canceling an order does not qualify for return.
All orders are client specific and once received “the ownership” is transferred to the customer, afterward: NO canceling, NO return, NO money return. These are NOT accepted, and you agree when by ordering. The customer is very well-informed before doing a purchase.
Returns & Refunds
When a refund by exception IS accepted by QMH and honored to the client, the value of the shipping costs will always be minored of the original invoice/purchase value. Also, a restocking fee will be minored. Furthermore, in cases of free shipping, the DHL costs will be calculated on the return date and minored. The DHL costs are varying depending on the country and will be minored on the invoice/refund.
The client/customer has to pay the return costs too at DHL or any other shipping company when a return is permitted by QMH.
Refunds, when honored, are done only in case the product is received by QMH, undamaged, in original packaging.
And sent on behalf of the customer.
Also, a part of the administration & information costs of QMH will be lowered on the purchase value.
The customer has 30 days to test the product. After this date no returns are accepted and\or only in case of a defect during the warranty time.
PayPal’s insurance/refunds/costs
PayPal provides insurance or money back, for up to 180 days, to the customer.
Not the customer, but the seller is charged by PayPal. From 3.5 up to 5% is taken from the order value.
That is not normal nor accepted by international laws. Normally, the buyer has to pay for insurances, logically.
We, QMH, do not accept these costs, and we do not accept refunds AFTER 30 days of purchase.
We do not agree to pay for your insurance, which PayPal normally charged at/to the reseller.
You, the customer/client, accept this term, and you will never ask for a refund by PayPal after the 30 days after ordering since you have more than enough proof of good quality and working.
QMH provides honest, integer and complete information. Before a customer buys, he/she knows everything.
Our information in our intensive info emails do provide more than enough insurance for the future customer. If you do not agree, do not buy at QMH. Only buy when you are 100% informed and convinced off all.
Note: all orders above 1,000.00 EUR need to be paid by a normal bank. If you do otherwise, it is at your risk.
VAT + Customs
Since the products do not remain in Slovenia (Slovenian Customs) or European Union and are directly shipped from our Chinese exporter in China to you, You, the customer as the importer, must pay the VAT and Customs according to your country rules.
Your product(s) will be transported and imported from China by our Chinese exporters at the expense and risk of you as a private customer importer. You must pay taxes and import duties in your country. The Chinese exporter adds a shipping invoice to the shipment.
All our prices are as common excluded VAT + Customs. This also counts for our services and paid hours, we do not charge, but you must pay in your country according to your country laws. So you can not deduct your taxes from our invoices.
Our invoices are excluded VAT and import duties.
A shipping invoice by the factory will be included as all documents.
Applicable Law
By visiting QMH, you agree that the laws of P.R.C. & EU, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and QMH.
Arbitration
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to QMH or to products or services sold or distributed by QMH or through QMH Shop shall be submitted to EU, Sub-Commission for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the Commission’s arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The number of arbitrators shall be one; the place of arbitration shall be Ptuj or Ljubljana, Slovenia; the language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be Slovenian or English. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both you and QMH.
