Order acceptance
Some orders may be unable to be accepted and may be cancelled at QMH's sole discretion, including quantity limits, pricing errors, or fraud concerns. We will contact you if an order is cancelled or additional verification is required.
Shipment
Shipments are from manufacturers or distributors (often outside the United Kingdom) or from our United Kingdom fulfilment operations. Delivery is normally 5–18 days worldwide; customs may extend this beyond our control.
Information and returns
We provide detailed information and demonstrations so customers can make informed purchases. Some demonstrations take up to 4 hours.
- Returns accepted for defective products within the warranty period — one year for NLS diagnostic devices.
- Other devices (ionic detox, water purifiers, accessories): defect reporting within 60 days from delivery; replacement parts may be provided via our supplier.
- After 60 days, full returns are not accepted; spare parts may be purchased.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense. Cancelling an order does not qualify for a return.
- Orders are client-specific; once received, ownership transfers to the customer.
- Once placed, cancellations, returns, and refunds are generally not accepted unless stated otherwise at purchase.
Refunds
When a refund is accepted by exception, shipping and restocking fees apply. If shipping was originally free, return shipping costs are deducted. Refunds are issued only when the product is received undamaged in original packaging. Customers have 60 days to test products; after that, returns are not accepted except for warranty-covered defects.
PayPal, VAT and customs
PayPal may offer buyer protection; QMH does not accept PayPal-related seller fees as normal business cost and does not agree to refunds via PayPal after 30 days from purchase. Orders above €1,000 should be paid by bank transfer.
Products shipped from China to you as importer may require VAT and customs per your country's rules. Prices are generally excluding VAT and customs; in most cases VAT is prepaid before delivery. A factory shipping invoice is included in documentation.
SMS marketing
- By providing your mobile number you consent to SMS about products, services, and promotions.
- Message frequency varies; carrier rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out; you will receive a final confirmation message.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
By visiting QMH you agree that the laws of England and Wales govern these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence require otherwise.
Disputes relating to your visit or products sold by QMH shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory law in your country of residence requires a different forum.
