Consent choices in the Angular app
On the Angular frontend, your cookie choices are stored in your browser local storage and in a first-party consent cookie under qmh_cookie_consent_v1. The consent cookie may use the .quantummetahealth.com domain so QMH subdomains such as cure.quantummetahealth.com and human.quantummetahealth.com can respect the same decision without asking again. You can reopen Cookie Settings from this Cookie Policy page, or from the compact Cookies control on footerless sign-in pages.
The Angular app now uses essential site storage and Intercom support chat. Intercom helps us provide customer support and may use cookies, local storage, device information, and conversation metadata needed to deliver that service. If you do not want to share chat content, do not send a chat message through the support widget.
Google Analytics 4 (G-Z6ZVN8VYC5) only loads in the Angular app if you allow Analytics. Google Consent Mode defaults analytics and advertising storage to denied before any analytics tag can run. Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, and Mailchimp tracking are not loaded by this Angular app at this stage.
Cookie categories
- Strictly necessary — required for core operation, security, session continuity, and storing essential preferences.
- Functional and support — remember choices such as theme, colour palette, display preferences, cookie choices, and support chat availability. Some preferences may be stored in local storage rather than cookies.
- Analytics — anonymous or pseudonymous usage data through GA4 to improve the site, only when you allow Analytics.
- Performance — help us understand errors and page performance, where active and consented where required.
- Advertising / marketing — measure campaigns and deliver more relevant ads, only where you allow Marketing and where related tools are active.
- Shopping cart — keep items in your cart while you browse the web shop.

Angular app and WordPress
quantummetahealth.com is served through a combination of our Angular application and legacy WordPress pages during migration. Cookies set on our primary domain may apply across both experiences so that sign-in, cart, consent, and preference choices remain consistent where technically feasible.
Data collection and protection
Quantum Meta Health UK Ltd. processes personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection law, including the UK GDPR and, where applicable, the EU GDPR. Collected data may include username, name, address, email, telephone number, encrypted password, and data entered in settings or forms on the website.
We implement security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. QMH is not responsible for the accuracy of information entered by users — please review and update your details regularly.
Calendly and cookies
We use Calendly for online appointment scheduling. Calendly may collect data about your interaction with the scheduling interface, including name, email, and selected appointment times. By using our scheduling service, you consent to Calendly's data practices as described in their privacy policy.
Our website may also use cookies to save preferences, compile aggregate traffic data, and improve site tools. Cookie data is used responsibly and in accordance with relevant privacy laws.
Data storage
All mentioned data (except cookies) is stored on Quantum Meta Health servers. Session cookies are stored in server memory for the duration of your visit and deleted after one hour of inactivity. Persistent cookies are stored on your device to remember settings across visits. We use industry-standard practices including encryption and access controls.
Data usage and privacy
